You must apply through your local USPS Post Office or via the USPS Enterprise Payment System (EPS). There is an annual permit fee, and you must maintain a deposit account to cover the postage of returned items.
Do I pay for every envelope I send out? +
No. With BRM, you only pay for the envelopes that are actually mailed back to you. You pay Easy Envelopes for the envelope creation upfront, but the USPS postage is only deducted from your account upon delivery.
